摘要
通过对31例下颌前突患者手术前后进行X线头影测量分析对比及术后疗效分析,认为正颌外科手术具有治疗颞下颌关节疾病作用,防止手术后复发的重要方面在于上下颌建立良好的“锁结”关系。
31 cases of cephalometry of pre—and post—operated mandibular prognathism were studied. The conclusion showed that orthognathie surgery had effects on the treatment of temporo- mandibular joint disease.It is important for a good locked relation in occlusion to prevent its re- lapse.
