摘要
本文作者对120例脑梗塞患者进行了血流变学指标观察分析。结果表明,精制蝮蛇抗栓酶对全血高切粘度、血浆比粘度、白细胞压积、血小板和纤维蛋白等五项指标和疗效显著高于对照组(P值<0.05)有统计学意义。
We analyed the indexes of hemorthedogy of 120 patients with cerebral embolism and divid- edthem into treating and control groups,patients were treated with API in treateng group.The re- sultsuggested that the curative effect of API on whole bilood viscosity under high shear rate, blood viscosity,hemotocrit,thromhocyte and fibrin were obviously higher than those in control grorp(P<0.05),which has significance in statistics.
