摘要 为了解食品加工生产人员卫生知识知信行模型发育水平及其相关关系。采用分层抽样和问卷调查。得出结论:食品加工生产从业人员卫生知识知晓率为97.5%,卫生行为形成率为92.5%,卫生知识与卫生行为之间有相关关系(r=0.24674,P=0.0004)。食品加工生产人员卫生知识知信行发育水平较高,量化分级管理行之有效。 To know the growth level and the correlation relationship of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice model of those engaged in food manufacturing referring to the hygiene and health law regulations, stratified sampling and questionnaire survey were conducted. Results: The rate of the hygiene and health law regulations understanding was 97.5 %, and the rate of health behavior forming was 92. 5 %. There is a linear correlation relationship between health knowledge and health behavior( r = 0. 24674, P = 0. 0004). Conclusion:The growth level of the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice model is higher for food manufacturing staffs. The quantitative classification management is effective.
