摘要
国有企业的经营者对我国国有企业的改革和发展起着关键性的作用,通过分析国有企业经营者薪酬激励的理论基础,得出了构建国有企业薪酬激励模型应遵循的五个原则,最后在此基础上提出了一个新的国有企业经营者的薪酬激励模型。
State-owned enterprise operator plays key role in reform and development of our state-owned enterprises. By analyzing the basic theories of compensation incentive model for state-owned enterprise operator, it has reached five principles, which constructing this model should follow. At last, it draws a new model of compensation incentive to state-owned enterprise operator.
