摘要
以最终产品(GDP)为核心的二阶段投入产出技术为提高投入产业技术的应用时效性提供了可能。该技术受到业内专家的极大关注。部分学者提出了一些较好的意见,但也存在一些不够严谨之处。一阶段投入产出乘数、凯恩斯乘数、结构式凯恩斯乘数所依据的理论和方法是一种递进的关系,不是同一层次的概念。针对二阶段投入产出表的设计,提出了第三象限应增加“劳动报酬剩余行向量”、政府消费保留在第二象限等新构想。
After the second-stage I-O technique, as GDP of its core, is issued, it gets easy to raise the time efficiency. Therefore, some experts payed most attention to it and put forward much useful standpoints.However, parts of them are not enough perfectful. The relationship among the first-stage I-O multiplier, Keynesian multiplier and the struetural Keynesian multiplier are pushing forward and not the same layer concept. As to the design of the seeond-stage I-O stable, that the third quadrant should inerease the vector of labor income and the government eonsumption should reserve at the seeond quadrant, etc are put forward.
