摘要 实现企业的可持续发展是当前中国企业管理者必须研究和思考的首要问题。企业真正的可持续性发展能力是设计和执行战略变革的能力,战略管理能力的高低是企业能否实现持续发展的关键。企业文化制约了企业战略的形成并影响战略的执行,是实现企业战略变革的核心和关键因素。战略管理、企业文化可以实现有机的结合,从而实现企业的可持续发展。 The article makes some discussion on the relation between strategic change , corporate culture and corporate sustainable development, corporate sustainable development is first issue which Chinese corporate managers must investigate and think. The real corporate sustainable development competency is the competency to design and implement strategy . The competency of strategic management is the key factor of corporate sustainable development. Corporate culture constraints the formation of strategy and influence the strategy's implement and becomes the core factor of strategic change, Strategic Change and Corporate culture could make a good combination to realize corporate sustainable development.
