The article makes some discussion on the relation between strategic change , corporate culture and corporate sustainable development, corporate sustainable development is first issue which Chinese corporate managers must investigate and think. The real corporate sustainable development competency is the competency to design and implement strategy . The competency of strategic management is the key factor of corporate sustainable development. Corporate culture constraints the formation of strategy and influence the strategy＇s implement and becomes the core factor of strategic change, Strategic Change and Corporate culture could make a good combination to realize corporate sustainable development.
