摘要
知识管理是知识经济时代一种全新的管理模式。文章探讨了图书馆实施知识管理的合理性、知识管理的内容和方法,并提出了在图书馆实施知识管理的措施。
Knowledge management is a brand-new management mode in the era of knowledge economy. This article probes into the rationality, contents and methods in carrying out knowledge management in libraries, and puts forward some concrete measures in the practice of knowledge management of libraries.
