Epidemiological Survey on Depressive Symptoms Among High School Students

目的调查和分析高中学生抑郁症状的流行病学特征。方法采取整群分层抽样调查,使用Beek抑郁自评问卷(BDI)、Zung氏抑郁问卷(SDS)、Zung氏焦虑问卷(SAS)对8所高中高一至高三1 254名学生进行测试。结果高中生抑郁症状的发生率为25.8%,其中轻度为12.44%,中度为8.37%,重度为5.02%。高中生抑郁症状男生发生率是15%,高中女生抑郁症状发生率37%,女生显著高于男生;具有抑郁症状的高中生更多的伴发焦虑等负性情绪。结论高中生抑郁症状较为普遍,加强高中生心理保健工作刻不容缓。

Objective To evaluate the prevalence of depressive symptoms in the high school students. Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out with Beck Depression Inventory （BDI） and Zung Self- Depression Scale （SDS） in 1.254 students of 8 high schools, Results The prevalence of high school students＇ depressive symptoms was 25.8%, among which the prevalence of mild, moderate and severe depressive symptoms was 12,44 %, 8.37 %, and 5.02 % respectively. The prevalence of girls＇ depression （37%） was higher than that of boys＇ depression （ 15% ）. Most students who bore depressive symptoms were combined with anxiety or other negative emotions, Conclusion Depressive symptoms in high school students are common, and mental health education and care for the high school students are urgently required.
