摘要
目的 掌握道县食物中毒的发生规律,为控制和减少食物中毒的发生提供对策。方法 利用1996~2005年道县食物中毒统计报表及个案调查报告进行综合分析。结果道县食物中毒的发生总体呈下降趋势,发生地点以集体食堂和饮食服务单位为主,导致食物中毒的食品,以动物性食品为为主,中毒原因以致病菌引起的中毒为主。结论 加强食品卫生监督监测和卫生宣传教育是预防食物中毒的关键措施。
Objective To examine the incidences of food poisoning in Dao County, and to offer the measures for prevention and control. Method We used the food poisoning statistics from 1996 to 2005 and the case questionnaire in Dao County to study. Result The incidences of food poisoning in Dao County showed a descending trend, the occurrences were mainly the collective eatery and the restaurant, and the majority of the poisoning foods were the animal foods. Conclusion To enhance sanitation surveillance of food and health propaganda is the pivotal step of preventing food poisoning.
