摘要
在现代社会发展和教育改革发展的背景下,教育与科研的联系越来越紧密,教师应当而且必须成为研究者,这不仅有利于教育教学质量的提高,更有利于教师的专业成长。本文立足于教师是教育研究的主体,着重分析了教师教育研究的特点及能力的形成与建构。
Under the background of the development in modern society and the educational reform, the connection of education and research becomes much closer. A teacher must be a researcher. It's of benefit to not only the improvement of educational and teaching qualities, but the development of the major. Based on the point that teacher plays a main role in the educational research, this paper emphasizes the formation and construction of the traits and abilities in teacher's educational research.
