青豌豆呼吸速率的测定与模型表征 被引量:9

摘要 呼吸速率的测定与模型表征是实现果蔬气调包装的基础。采用封闭系统、渗透系统法测算青豌豆呼吸速率,应用Michaelis-Menten式方程、二次方程式进行呼吸速率模型参数表征。结果表明,封闭系统法测算值较渗透系统法低,模型结果与测定值比较吻合。 The measurement and mathematical modelling of respiration rate are the base for modified atmosphere packaging of fresh fruits and vegetables. The respiration .rate of pea was measured by the close system method and the permeable system method. The parameters of the respiration model were determined by applying the Michaelis-Menten equation and the quadratic equation. The results showed that the respiration rate measured by the closed system method was lower than that measured by the permeable system method. The models are suitable for charactering the respiration rate of pea.
