摘要
基于更新理论,研究了正常使用条件下复杂设备故障率λ(t)的表达问题,结果表明:对任意的故障分布,复杂设备故障率λ(t)的极限为一积分表达式,仅在指数分布时,该极限是一个常数。该研究结果得到了复杂设备实际运行故障率的有力支持。研究正常使用条件下的故障率λ(t)对指导复杂设备的正常运行、及时组织检测诊断与维修均具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。
The expression of the complex equipment failure rate under the normal operating conditions were researched based on the renewal theory. The results show that the limit of the complex equipment failure rate λ (t) is a integral expression under the arbitrary failure distribution, only when the failure obeys the exponential distribution, as a special example, the limit is a constant. The theoretical research results have been strongly supported by the actual operating failure rate λ (t) of complex equipment. This research has important theoretical value and practical meaning for guiding the operation, detecting test and diagnosis, maintenance and repair of the complex equipments.
