上颌中切牙桩核冠修复体的三维有限元仿真分析

摘要 分别就不存在牙槽骨吸收和存在牙槽骨吸收的情况下,以牙冠、牙核所用材料已经确定为前提,探讨了桩的弹性模量与剩余牙根内部最大主应力峰值之间的关系.分析表明,在不存在牙槽骨吸收的情况下,使用较高弹性模量材料制成的核和桩,都能够降低牙根内部的最大主应力峰值;在存在牙槽骨吸收的情况下,牙根内部的最大主应力峰值大于不存在牙槽骨吸收的情况,这时牙桩所用材料的力学性能对剩余牙根的影响更为显著. In the prerequisite that the materials of dental crown and core have been prepared, the relationships between the elastic modulus of the dental post and the peak value of maximum principal stress of the remained inside of the dental root are discussed in this paper, in the conditions of both without and within dentoalveolar absorptions. The analytic result shows that, the peak value of maximum principal stress of the inside of the dental root will be reduced if the core and post are produced by materials of high elastic modulus without dentoalveolar absorptions. In addition, the peak value of maximum principal stress of the inside of the dental root is larger in the condition of within dentoalveolaf absorptions, where the mechanical performances of the dental post's material affect the remained roots more clearly than that of without dentoalveolar absorptions.
