The Development of Finite Element Analysis for Metal Cutting Process

摘要 近些年来,随着计算机硬件和软件技术的快速发展,有限元法(FEM)已经成为金属切削过程仿真的有效工具.本文着重介绍了金属切削过程有限元分析的国内外发展状况,系统地分析了二维金属切削过程、三维金属切削过程有限元分析中存在的若干问题. In recent years, with the development of the computational software and hardware technology, the finite element method (FEM) has become the main tool for simulating metal cutting processes. In this paper, the development of finite element analysis for metal cutting process is generally reviewed first, and some problems existing in 2- D and 3 - D finite element analysis for metal cutting process have been analyzed in detail.
