摘要
由于液压传动具有许多优点,所以被广泛应用于各种机械设备中,但是,在生产现场,因时间紧迫,条件受限等原因,如何准确、快速地排除液压系统的故障是使用者共同关心的问题。文章介绍了用综合分析法对复杂液压系统进行故障诊断和排除的方法。该方法具有简单实用、成本低、不需复杂的检测仪器等特点,为液压系统故障诊断提供了一种科学有效的方法。
Hydraulic system has been widely used various mechanic spare parts because of its lots of merit. However, it is the common questions for the user that how to obviate malfunction of hydraulic in rapidly and exactly because of the urgent time and limited conditions at manufacture spot. The thesis introduces the method of malfunction diagnoses and obviation on complex hydraulic system by integrated analysis methods. This method has a lot of characteristics such as simple and applied, complex detect instrument is no need etc. it provides a scientific and effective method for malfunction diagnoses of hvdraulic svstem.
