摘要
对一般情况下串行通信中数据相关性抖动峰峰值进行了分析,并给出了具体计算公式.针对一阶系统进行了仿真和分析,讨论了系统参数对数据相关性抖动的影响;对于二阶和更复杂系统提出了具体的分析方法,比较了二阶系统的情况下的分析结果与仿真结果,讨论了误差可能产生的原因.在此基础上提出了一套采用测量信道响应分析数据相关性抖动峰峰值的方法,用于分析高速串行互联系统中的数据相关性抖动,当抖动成分的大小远小于码元宽度时,这种分析方法较好符合了仿真结果.
An analysis to calculate the peak-peak value of the Data Dependent Jitter (DDJ) in any serial communication is introduced and expressions are given. In the first-order system, the factors which can affect the value of DDJ are discussed after simulation and analysis. For the second-order system or other complex systems, the analytical method is given, the analytical result and simulated result are compared according to a second-order system, and the possible reasons for the error are discussed. Based on the previous analysis, a methodology is founded to analyze the peak-to-peak value of DDJ through the pulse response characteristics of the channel. This methodology can be used to analyze the DDJ in high speed serial interconnect systems, and accords with the simulated result well when the DDJ component is far smaller than the code width.
