摘要
介绍机械剥壳法去除盘条表面氧化铁皮的原理和特点,分析该方法引起钢丝脆断的原因。实践证明:与传统的化学酸洗、表面涂层处理的生产工艺相比,制绳用钢丝半成品在拉拔前采用机械剥壳法容易使钢丝出现表面微裂纹,造成钢丝拉拔、捻股、合绳及使用中钢丝的脆断。
To introduce the principle and characteristic of mechanical descaling to clear oxide scale on wire rod surface. The cause for brittle fracture with the method is analyzed. Practice confirms that adopting mechanical descaling method compared with adopting chemical pickling and coating treatment process before drawing, the steel wire for rope is easier to appear surface micro-crackle, and lead brittle fracture in the course of wire drawing, stranding , closing and use.
