缓蚀剂对废酸回收产物的影响

摘要 钢铁产品在冷加工前进行酸洗时为防止过酸洗应加入缓蚀剂,酸洗后产生的废液如果未经任何处理直接排放,将对环境造成严重污染.采用试验室模拟焙烧法回收废盐酸,研究缓蚀剂对废酸回收产物的影响.试验结果表明,在保证酸洗效果的前提下,缓蚀剂的添加量越低越好,严格控制其添加质量分数在0.3%~0.5%. To add corrosion buffer into acid to prevent from over acid pickling before cold machining of steel products. If waste acid without disposal is let out, it can make serious pollution. Adopting test simulating roast to callback waste hydrochloric acid, effect of corrosion buffer on reclaim products from waste acid is studied. Testing result shows that on the basis of assuring acid pickling effect, adding quantity of corrosion buffer is lower, effect is better and its adding mass fraction is controlled strictly to 0.3% -0.5%.
