摘要 利用钎焊料的物理试验方法对钎焊料的铺展性和填缝性进行测定。利用扫描电镜、能谱分析等技术对其焊接接头显微组织进行观察分析及成分测定,并对使用自制焊料和国外先进焊料搭接钎焊的焊接接头的组织及成分进行了对比,结论表明:采用快速凝固技术的熔体旋转法一般可以制得尺寸稳定、厚度均匀、长达几米至几十米的连续薄带。自制焊料与国外先进焊料相比,铺展性更好,润湿的更充分;填缝性也优于后者,填缝的长度更长。自制焊料化学成分与国外先进焊料相似,接头组织中析出的碳化物均以M6C型为主。 A sort of Ni - base thin strip used as a filler metal was made by using the melt spinning of rapid solidification techniques. The extensibility and sew filling - ability were taken measurements by means of physical experimental method of the filler metals. For evaluating the capability of the filler metal, it was contrasted with a foreign advanced solder with the similar components. By using SEM, EDX and etc, the microstructure and chemical elements of the brazed joints using two kinds of filler metals have been observed and analyzed comparatively, so that a general quality estimates can be given for the domestic filler metal. The results indicate that the continuous thin strip of even thickness and whose length can be changed from several meters to several decameters, well suited as a filler metals, was made by using melt spinning in rapid solidification techniques; The extensibility and sew filling- ability of self- made solder is better than that of the foreign advanced one with the similar components; The chemical elements of the brazed joints using two kinds of filler metals are nearly the same and M6C carbide is precipitated mainly in matrix.
