辊道窑烧成带气体流场与温度场的三维数值模拟 被引量:26

摘要 通过数值模拟的方法,利用C F D软件FLUENT6.0,建立实体计算模型并采用六面体结构与非结构混合网格对模型进行网格划分;采用标准K-ε湍流模型和P-1辐射模型对辊道窑烧成带内气体流场与温度场进行了数值模拟研究。得出了窑内气体流场和温度场的分布,分析了流场对窑内气体温度场和对流换热的影响。 To study the velocity field and the temperature of gas in the firing zone of roller hearth kiln, numerical simulation is used. The kiln body of firing zone is simplified ; the simplified body model is established and divided by hybrid structured-unstructured hexahedron grid by using FLUENT6.0 software; the standard K- ε turbulent model and the P-1 radiation model are adopted to simulate the turbulent flow and heat transfer of firing zone. The distribution of velocity field and temperature field is illustrated and the effects that the velocity field has on the temperature field and convective heat transfer is analyzed.
