摘要 激光散射是研究液体中高分子和亚微米颗粒动态行为的最有效方法之一。讨论了标定与调试激光光散射系统的理论依据。结合实践介绍了标定与调试激光光散射系统的原理和方法。给出了一个实际例子。 Laser light scattering is one of the most efficient approaches exploring the dynamics of polymer and sub-micrometer particles in liquid. The theoretical foundation for calibrating and aligning a laser light scattering system was discussed. The principle and method of calibrating and aligning the laser light scattering system were presented combined with the author's experience. A practical illustration was presented.
