Diagnosis and Therapy of Cardiac Syndrome X

心脏X综合征是一组存在典型心绞痛而冠状动脉造影正常的症候群。目前对本病的诊断治疗以及预后的认识仍存在一定的困难,现就冠脉储备下降、血管内皮功能异常、精神神经功能异常等可能致病因素的检查方法以及进一步治疗手段作一综述。

Cardiac syndrome X is characterised by typical angina but normal coronary arteries angiograms. There are some difficulties in the diagnosis and therapy of this disease at present. This article summarises the methods available for detecting reduction of coronary arteries reserve, and vascular endothelial dysfunction, and summarises the characteristics of psychoneurosis, and the subsequent therapeutic schedule of this disease.
