摘要
针对光通信器件端面剩余反射率的测量的需要,介绍了剩余反射率的测量原理和实现方案,对超低剩余反射率的测量中的关键技术作了分析说明,按照该方案设计制作出超低剩余反射计,其可测量剩余反射率范围10dB^70dB,测量精度小于1dB,光源稳定度小于0.003dB/h,光功率测量范围-70dBm^10dBm。
For measuring the ultra low remnant reflectivity of optical communicateing device end face, the method and the principle to mesure the remnant reflectivity were introduced, the key factors in the measure of ultra low remnant reflectivity were analysed , the instrument has been designed and made with this project, the range of measuring the remnant reflectivity is from 10dB to 70dB, its precision is less than 1dB, light source stability is less than 0. 003dB/h, the range of measuring light power is from 70dBm to 10dBm.
