摘要 化学需氧量(简称COD)是水质有机物污染程度的代表性指标。着重介绍了基于紫外光吸收原理的在线水质COD测量仪的工作原理及构成;对不同水样的实验数据进行了紫外光吸光度与化学需氧量的相关性分析,探讨了用紫外吸光度作为水中COD的替代参数的可行性。该测量仪器可应用于废水的在线监测,与传统的COD测量仪相比,具有速度快、可靠性高、使用成本低等优点,将成为在线水质COD监测的主要设备。 Chemical oxygen demand (COD) is the representative index of organic sewage. In this paper, we introduce an on line COD measuring instrument which is based on ultraviolet absorptive principle. In particular, we focus on its operating principle and structure. Based on experimental findings, we provide the correlation between ultraviolet absorbancy and COD. According the feasibility analysis, ultraviolet absorbancy can be used as a surrogate parameter of COD. The instrument can be applied to monitoring wastewater. Since this new analysis technology is faster, more reliable and cost efficient, we believe this will be the developing tendency of on line COD monitoring.
