摘要
介绍了应用于胶带输送机张紧力检测的传感器的疲劳分析中局部应力应变法的分析方法和步骤,同时结合ANSYS,运用局部应力应变法中的稳态法对优化设计前后的张力传感器分别分析、计算出了疲劳寿命,为优化设计对其抗疲劳性能的影响提供了客观的判断依据;对一般零部件的疲劳寿命的计算也具有参考价值。
This paper introduces method and steps of the Local stress strain Method to analyze the Fatigue; with the application of ANSYS, uses this method to analyze and calculate the Fatigue-life of the Press-sensor shaft both before the optimization and after the optimization to give the basis of the judgement of how the optimization influences the fatigue damage of the shaft.
