摘要 介绍结晶器常用的3种不同循环水冷却流程:闭路循环水冷却系统、半闭路循环水冷却系统、开路循环水冷却系统。综合分析比较,原水暂时硬度较高地区,连铸结晶器冷却水质暂时硬度设计值可设为小于40 mg/L(以CaO计),推荐采用软水闭路循环水冷却系统;在原水暂时硬度较低的地区,冷却水质暂时硬度设计值可以设为80mg/L(以CaO计)左右,推荐采用开路循环水系统,补充水采用部分工业水和部分软水混合使用。 This paper presents 3 different circulating water-ccoling systems commonly used for molds: closed circuit water - cooling system, semi - dosed circuit water - cooling system and open - circuit water - cooling system; Through analysis and comparison, the following conclusion is drawn: in regions where the temporary hardness of raw water is relatively high, the temporary hardness of cooling water can be designed to be less than 40 mg/l (CaO), and it is recommended to use closed circuit soft - water-cooling system; in regions where the temporary hardness of raw water is relatively low, the temporary hardness of cooling water can be designed to be around 80 mg/l (CaO), and it is recommended to use open circuit water-ccoling system, and make - up water is the mixture of industrial water and soft water.
