主要研究了采用ICP-AES法测量混合稀土金属中的硅含量。进行了分析谱线的选择，干扰实验。方法 的检出限为0．022mg／l，回收率为95％-105％，RSD为1．83％-2．56％。方法准确、快速、简便。

The ICP-AES method to determine the silicon content of mixed rare earth is studied in the paper. The analytical line of Si is selected, and experiments on interaction are conducted. The detection limit of Si is 0.022 mg/l. The recovery rate of the method is in the range of 95% - 105%, and RSD is in the range of 1.83% - 2.56 % . The method is accurate, rapid and convenient.
