The Study of Tension Control System for Four-stand Cold Rolling Recoiler

文章结合包钢带钢厂冷带车间轧机现状和工艺要求,采用了直接张力控制和间接张力控制两种方法对原有系统进行改造,实现了卷取机的恒张力控制,并吸取新旧工艺的特点,提出了张力控制系统的组成,描述了其控制原理和实现方法。

This paper introduces a renovation scheme respectively using direct/indirect tension control for the original cold rolling strip mill of the Steel Strip Plant of Baotou Steel （group） Corporation based on its current conditions and the technical requirements. Constant tension control of the re - coiler is realized after the renovation. The composition of tension control system is proposed based on the characteristics of the old ＆ new technical processes and the control principles are also described.
