白城市居民贫富差距分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasure of Gap Between Rich and Poor in Baicheng

运用基尼系数分析白城市居民人均收入差异,反映贫富差距,从人民生活和社会稳定的角度透视投资环境的优劣.在与吉林省城镇居民人均收入及基尼系数对比分析的基础上,指出白城市居民人均收入较低,且贫富差距较大.进而从加快产业结构升级、加强城市信息化建设、培育创业文化、普及教育等四方面提出白城市构建和谐社会,缩小贫富差距,改善投资环境的对策与建议.

This paper uses Gini coefficient to analyzes the difference of per capita income of Baicheng city, reflects the gap between rich and poor, perspects the quality of investment environment in terms of peele＇s lives and social stability. On the basis of the thing that compare and analyze with per capita income of residents and Gini coefficient in Jilin Province, it points out per capita income of residents is relatively low, and the gap between rich and poor is relatively great in Baicheng. Then it proposes countermeasure and suggestion from accelerate upgrading of industrial structure, strengthen city information construction, start an undertaking culture, spreading education, etc, for structuring the harmonious society, narrowing the gap between rich and poor and improving the investment environment of Baicheng city.
