摘要
采用定向凝固法制备出<110>轴向取向多晶Fe83Ga17合金样品,研究了热处理对合金磁致伸缩性能的影响。发现Fe83Ga17经过淬火处理后,饱和磁致伸缩系数明显增大。在25MPa预压力作用下,饱和磁致伸缩系数λs超过了300×10-6。中子衍射和差热分析表明,Fe83Ga17合金在炉冷过程中存在相结构变化,从而导致合金磁致伸缩系数的改变,淬火处理能够抑制合金中DO3相的形成,从而使Fe83Ga17合金的磁致伸缩应变增大。
Polycrystal samples with 〈110〉 axial orientation were prepared in directional solidification furnace. Effect of heat treatment on the magnetostrictive properties and phase structure of alloys is investigated. It is found that saturation strain λs of quenched Fe83Ga17 alloys exceeded 300×10^-6 under compressive stress of 25MPa, The results of neutron diffraction and heat analysis confirm that slow cooling leads to the change of phase structure. The increase of magnetostriction of quenched Fe83Ga17 alloys is attributed to the suppression of DO3 structure.
