The computer and the Intemet are widely applied in the contemporary era. Our living has taken great changes for the applying of them. And they promote the literature and art＇s development. Electornic-writing,computer instead of pens,the Internet between men and computer are the inevitable outcome of the Net Art ＇development. At the beginning,the world of Internet is noisy. But this is the surface of the earth. Probing into the causes,you can find the rules of Net Art. To keep up with the times, Net-artist are making reconstruction of self-consiousness. Net Art are reflecting the reconstruction of their self-conscionsness.
