权利与义务是道德内涵中的一对重要范畴,当前我们的实践中存在忽视道德权利的倾向,存在着道德权利与义务不一致的现象,这既有历史的遗留原因,也有当前认识上的误区,我们必须积极探索建构有效地社会运行机制来消除德福不一致的社会现象。

The right and obligation are a pair of important categories in the ethical intension. There is an inclination of ignoring morals rights and the phenomenon of morals with nothing in accordance with obligation in our current practice,which results not only from history,but also from a misunderstanding in ideology. We must explore and construct an effective social operating mechanism actively so as to dispel virtue-felicity inconsistent social phenomena.
