Software reliability, one of themost important targets of the software quality evaluation, is the main research contents of the high reliability and high usability system too. This paper classifies the exiting software reliability technology, introduces the basic ideas and methods of all kinds of software reliability technology, and finally makes a brief discussion on the present research and the development trend of software reliability technology.
