On the Reform of Teaching Mode and the Stimulation of Middle School Students' Interest in P.E.

在中学体育教学中,无论是教学内容的选择还是教学方法的更新,都应十分关注学生的体育兴趣,只有做到激发和保持学生的运动兴趣,才能使学生自觉、积极地进行体育锻炼,才是实现体育与健康课程目标和价值的有效保证。

Both the choice of teaching objects and the reform of P. E. education need to stimulate students＇ interest. Only when students are interested in sports can they actively take part in physical training on their own initiative,and this will lead to an effective fulfillment of P. E. and health education.
