原发性高血压对右心功能的影响及相关因素

The Effects of Essential Hypertension on Right Ventricular Diastolic Function and Relating Parameters

本文用超声心动图仪研究了350例1～2期原发性高血压患者的三尖瓣A/E比值及其影响因素的关系.结果为高血压者三尖瓣A/E比值、右心室前壁厚度、LVmass、二尖瓣A/E比值均高于正常组(P<0.01).三尖瓣A/E比值同性别、体表面积无关,同年龄、室间隔厚度及二尖瓣A/E比值成正相关.年龄越大三尖瓣和二尖瓣A/E比值越高.三尖瓣A/E比值同收缩压和病程呈正相关.结果表明原发性高血压在影响左心舒张功能的同时也使右心舒张功能减低.

The pulsed doppler echocardiogram of tricuspid valve (A/E ratio) was performed in 350 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension (EH) and health volunteers. The relationship between A/E ratio and other echocardiographic parameters was analysised. The results showed that the A/E ratio of tricuspid valve (A/ERT),the right ventricular anterior wall thickness,LVMASS,A/E ratio of mitra valve (A/ERM) were higher than control group GP<0.01). There are no relationship between A/ERT,sex and BSA. A/ERT was closely related to age,IVS, A/ERM,sysdolic pressure and hypertension course. It is suggested that the right ventricular function was decresed while left ventricular diastolic function was effeted.
