正常儿童心脏轻度杂音与瓣膜返流的临床观察

Clinical observation of cardiac light murmur and cardiac tricuspid valve return flow in normal children.

目的：探讨正常儿童心脏轻度杂音与瓣膜返流的相关性。方法：选取2003年9月-2005年12月该辖区8所小学6-12岁24322例学生进行健康体检跟踪观察。杂音组：67例心脏听诊轻度杂音。对照组：50例心脏听诊无杂音，均行心电图、心脏超声、心肌酶检查。结果：正常儿童心脏轻度杂音发生率0．28％（67／24322）。轻度杂音与三尖瓣轻度返流高度相关。随年龄增加逐步改善。结论：正常儿童心脏轻度杂音与三尖瓣膜返流高度相关，随年龄增加逐步改善。属良性改变。

Objective： To explore the effeet on cardiac light murmur and cardiac tricuspid valve return flow in normal children. Methods ： 24 322 students aged 6 - 12 underwent health examination in eight primary schools from Sep. 2003 to Sep. 2005 were followed up. 67 eases of cardiac light murmur were selected as light murmur group, 50 cases of normal students were as control group. The students in two groups were detected of ECG, EEG, and so on. Results： The cardiac light murmur rates in normal children was 28% （67/ 24 322 ） . Cardiac light murmur was related to higher cardiac tricuspid valve return flow, which was improved with growth. Conclusion： Normal children＇s cardiac light murmur had relationship to cardiac tricuspid valve return flow, which belong to innocent change.
