On the Chinese Threat Theory

当前,随着中国实力的发展,新一轮“中国威胁论”兴起。其内容主要包括三个方面:其一,军事威胁论;其二,经济威胁论;其三,资源及环境威胁论。探询“中国威胁论”的根源,首先是制度文明等方面的差异;其次则是现实主义利益的考虑。文章在批判的基础上论证了中国的发展有利于全世界。

With the development of China,there comes a new round of Chinese Threat theory,including the following three aspects.miliary threat,economic threat and resources and environment threat. The paper probes into the origin of this theory ,involving differences between west and east civilizations and consideration of practical interests. The paper agrues that the development of China is beneficial to the world.
