利用SWOT分析法对我国铁路货物运输的内部优势与弱势以及外部机会与威胁进行详细比较分析,并在此基础上进行相互匹配,最终形成具有针对性的包括改革铁路管理机制、科技兴路、发展铁路现代物流和开发货运新产品等铁路货物运输发展战略,以更好地适应我国的铁路货物运输发展的实际情况。
