A Study of the Ecotype in the Principal Parts of University Management

分析教育生态位的基本原理和基本规律,探索高校管理主体的教育生态位,构建符合生态发展要求和高等教育规律的新的高校管理体系,合理配置高校教育资源,最大限度发挥教育资源在实现高校各项职能时的作用和效益,维护和发展高校生态平衡,促进高校和高等教育的可持续发展。

This paper mainly analyzes the ftmdamental rationale and law of the educational ecology. It attempts to probe into the ecotype in the principal parts of university management. It also aims at maintaining and expanding the ecological balance among universities, and advancing the sustainable development for both universities and higher education by setting up a new management system which accords not only with ecological development but also with the law of higher education, by logically deploying and making the best use of the higher education resources when they function.
