摘要
论述了人才及人才强校战略的极其重要性,指出了人才对于高等学校的特殊意义。高校应依靠人才兴校强校,以科学的人才观指导人才强校战略;要在工作思路和管理机制方面不断创新,培养造就高质量人才队伍,开拓人才强校新途径;要抢抓机遇、乘势发展,坚持引进人才与培养人才相结合,重点培养的原则,充分发挥优势,积极探索适合自身发展特点的人才强校新途径。
it states the importance of the talents and the strategy of talents developing the educational institutes and the special meaning of the talents for the educational institutes. The higher educational institutes will not develop without the talents and the guide strategy of scientific talents idea. They should also develop new ways on training talents with high quality through the innovation of the working idea and management system. The higher educational institutes should find a new way which is suitable for their own by developing their advantages and persisting in the principle of introducing the talents and training the talents as a whole.
