摘要
分析了全球背景下提高企业员工素质的必要性,并针对此必要性提出了全球化背景下提高企业员工素质措施,即:提高企业员工学习和竞争意识;大力提高企业员工的工作技能;强化企业员工的创新意识,大力提高企业员工创新能力;改进企业员工的录用制度;加大从高校中选拔企业急需专业的优秀毕业生的力度;积极开展企业员工的培训等。
By analyzing the necessity of advancing employee' s makings in globalization background, the authors bring a measure for the necessity of advancing employee' s makings in globalization background, namely, advancing employee' s learning and competing consciousness; making very progress of employee' s working skills; strengthening and advancing the employee's innovating consciousness of improving the hire system of employees; hiring more excellent graduates in exact profession from universities; the training of employees.
