摘要
针对当前高等学校教师面对工作压力的客观实际,从认清压力源、减轻压力感、增强抗压性、减少压力点、转换压力素等五个方面,论述了高等学校教师面对工作压力时的自我调适方法。
This article focuses on the working stress that college teachers face. It describes the five ways of self-adjusting working stress. They are cognizing stress source, reducing stress feeling, increasing the antistress capabilities and reducing and transforming stress elements.
