体育专业大学生心理健康特点及对策研究

Research on Characteristics of Psychological Health of Undergraduates in P.E.Specialty and Its Countermeasures

运用SCL-90对397名沈阳体育学院体育专业大学生进行心理健康状况测量,并与国内同龄青年、普通大学生进行比较,结果表明:体育专业大学生心理问题基本属于轻度,出现频率较高的心理问题有强迫倾向、人际关系敏感、敌意情绪、偏执和抑郁;体育专业大学生心理健康具有典型的专业特点,即总体水平上略低于国内同龄青年,而又显著高于大学生群体,与文科专业大学生相比,强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌意问题突出,与理科专业大学生相比,躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、敌意更突出;体育专业大学生心理健康无性别差异。

This study carried on the test of psychological health of 397 undergraduates in P. E. specialty in Shenyang Physical Education Institute using the SCL-90 and compared with domestic peer youth, ordinary college students. The results show that：psychological problems of undergraduates in P. E. specialty are essentially mild, psychological problems which have a higher frequency are forced orientation, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility emotional, bigotry and depre.ssion. Secondly psychological health of undergraduates in P. E. specialty has typical professional characteristics, namely, overall level slightly less than that of internal peer youth, but significantly higher than the undergraduate group. Compared with the arts specialty students, problems on forced, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and hostility are outstanding, and compared with science specialty students, problems on body, and forced, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility are more prominent. Thirdly, psychological health of undergraduates in P. E. specialty has no gender differences.
