摘要
本文回顾了消雷器的研究历史,指出了中和及防止上行雷理论的缺陷,对华中网局大楼半导体消雷装置的测试结果提出了质疑。本文明确指出,迄今为止,防止直击雷的有效手段仍是避雷针,消雷器仍是研究中的技术,不能应用于工程实际。对于雷击的二次效应,用避雷针加DBSGP技术是很有效的。文中还以一个防雷保护方案为例,对避雷针与消雷器进行了技术经济比较。最后,本文吁请有关部门对目前消雷器产品的混乱状况加以整顿。
In this paper, history of the lightning eliminators is reviewed. Unreality of the neutralization and the prevent up-stream theory are pointed. Rationality of .the measuring results about the building of Midchina Power Centeris queried.It is indicated that the lightning rods is still akind of effective lightning protection equipment, but eliminators is under investigation up to now. Using lightning rodand OPSGP technology can solve the varied problems causedby LEMP.The cost can be compared between lightning conrod and eliminator through assessment of a lightning protection project. In thd end, the author suggest the eliminatorproducts should be reorganized.
