Relationship between Energy Availability and Athletic Menstrual Cycle Irregularities

摘要 可利用能量假说可能是运动性月经失调的一种发生机制。阐述了可利用能量假说,并探讨可利用能量改变引发运动性月经失调可能的机制,可利用能量改变对黄体生成素、肾上腺轴、瘦素、甲状腺激素、神经肽Y的影响。 Energy availability hypotheses may be one of mechanisms causing athletic menstrual cycle irregularities. This article explains energy availability hypotheses and explores the possible mechanism that the change of energy availability induces athletic menstrual cycle irregularities. The change of energy availability affects luteinizing hormone, hypothalamo-pituitary a drenal, leptin, thyroid hormone and neuropeptide Y.
