辽宁省排球后备力量选拔、训练及比赛的现状分析与对策研究

Analysis on Current Situation of Selection,Training and Match of Volleyball Reserve Forces in Liaoning Province and Its Countermeasures

运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法,对辽宁省排球后备力量的选拔、训练及比赛等方面现状做了详实的调查分析。结果显示,辽宁在排球后备力量的选拔、训练及比赛方面还存在问题,具体表现为:科学选材工作还不到位,运动员整体身体素质一般,基本功不够扎实,青少年运动员参赛机会偏少。根据调查,提出了相应的对策。

The thesis elaborates the current situation of volleyball reserve forces in Liaoning Province from such aspects as the selection, training and match based on documentation, interview and questionnaire. It shows that a few problems exist in the reserve forces： bad selection of athletes in some units, the bad condition of player＇s physical quality and basic skills, few chances of attending the match as well. It puts forward some corresponding counter measures according to the current situation.
