从新规则看健美操难度动作的发展

Development of Acrobatic Difficult Actions from the New Regulation Point of View

为了保护健美操项目独一无二的特色,使其更好地发展,国际体操联合会指定了2005—2008年的健美操竞赛规则(以下称新规则),对1997—2000年健美操规则(以下称老规则)中难度动作方面做了重要修改。为了适应新规则,赶超世界先进水平,特对新规则中难度技术动作进行分析,以便更好地为教练员和运动员掌握和运用。

In order to protect the unique characteristic of acrobatics and make it develop further, the International Federation of Gymnastics has designated the acrobatics contest regulation from 2005 to 2008 （called new regulation）, which has done much important modification on difficult actions in acrobatics regulation from 1997 to 2000 （called old regulation）. For adapting to the new regulation and surpassing the world advanced level, this article makes analysis on difficult techno-actions in new regulation so that they would be better mastered and exerted by instructors and athletes.
