摘要
面对世界体育产业全球化的浪潮,我国的体育企业也已经不能再局限于在本土、本国发展,这种发展态势的背后就是文化的融合性。如何建设多元化、开放型的企业文化是现代体育企业所要面临的一个重要问题,针对我国体育企业的文化建设现状,对我国体育企业文化建设提出了初步的设想。
Confronted with the globalisation of sports industry, the development of sports industry in China cannot be limited within the territory of China,which asks for the harmonious blend of cultures. To cultivate a pluralistic and open enterprise culture is an important task facing the modern sports industry. Aiming at the current situation of culture construction of sports industry in China, this paper proposes an initial idea of the euhure construction of sports industry in China.
