高校学生管理工作法制化探析

高校学生管理工作法制化是依法治教在高等教育领域中的具体体现。依法治国国策、高校管理体制改革的内在要求、加强大学生思想政治工作的客观要求等是其依据。为重构学生管理体制,高校要努力营造法制化工作的育人环境,树立依法治校、依法治生的观念,强化法律监督机制,完善学生救济机制,改进学生管理制度等。

The lawful students＇management of institution of higher education is governing the education to manifest specifically legally in the higher education domain. The policy basis includes ruling a nation legally as the national policy, the intrinsic requestion of university management organizational reform, the objective requestion of strengthening the university students＇ thought political work and so on. In order to construct the student management system again, the university must nurture the human environment diligently, setting up the idea of managing the school legally, strengthening law surveillance mechanism, perfecting the reliefing mechanism of students＇right, improving the students＇managing system and so on.
