摘要
目的研究前列腺素E1(PGE1)在心肺转流(CPB)中的心肌保护作用,并探讨其可能机制。方法选取2005年5月至9月心内直视手术病人30例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组应用PGE1;选取CPB前后不同时间点测定血中肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI);分析组间、组内各项指标变化。结果CPB后测得观察组不同时间点CK-MB及cTnI测量值均显著低于对照组(P<0·05)。结论PGE1通过稳定生物膜、抑制血中性粒细胞活性、减轻脂质过氧化反应,防止缺血-再灌注损伤等,产生明显的CPB后炎症反应的抑制作用,在CPB中发挥一定的心肌保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) on myocardium during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) and explore the possible mechanism of PGE1. Methods Thirty inpatients undergoing open heart surgery were randomly divided into testing group and control group. The PGE1 was applicated in testing group. The CK-MB and cTnI were detected in two groups at various time points during CPB. The possible mechanism of PGE1 was analyzed. Results The values of CK-MB and cTnI in testing group after CPB were significantly lower than those in control group at different time points (P〈0.05). Conclusion PGE1 can prevent the myocardium from ischemia reperfusion injury possibly by stabilizing the biomembrane, suppressing the activity of neutrophilic granulocyte and relieving the lipid peroxidation.
